Using automated software, exploiting system errors, creating multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of collusion or fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 3sgame reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3sgame reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts involved and void any associated bets, bonuses, or withdrawals.

3sgame reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if unusual activity is detected, pending a security review. We will contact you via the registered email address to resolve any security concern promptly.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 3sgame reserves the right to void the deposit, close the account, and return funds to their origin.
3sgame does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 3sgame's control.
All deposits on 3sgame are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by 3sgame. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within the timeframes published on the 3sgame withdrawal information page. Standard processing targets are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours; USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions.
3sgame is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit the following documentation:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3sgame account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. 3sgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 3sgame is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation, with relevant information disclosed to appropriate authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 3sgame are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These include, at minimum: the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount), the minimum qualifying deposit, the time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, and any game restrictions that apply.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. 3sgame actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, exploiting promotions across multiple accounts, or withdrawing funds before completing applicable wagering conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3sgame reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money deposits are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals of real money funds while an active bonus is applied will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
All bets placed on 3sgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game category. These rules are published within each game and sports betting section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3sgame reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a bet receipt with a unique reference number has been issued to the player. A bet placed during a system error or technical fault is not considered accepted until a valid bet receipt has been generated.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a human error, system error, or data feed malfunction ("palpable error"), 3sgame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 3sgame will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will be subject to account investigation and potential suspension.
3sgame applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all product categories. These limits are displayed within each betting market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a given market will be reduced to the applicable cap, regardless of the calculated return.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3sgame platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3sgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
3sgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3sgame makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
3sgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any genuine funds balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
3sgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3sgame will notify registered players via the contact details on file (email or in-platform notification) and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the 3sgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the 3sgame support team.
3sgame is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding the operation of your account, a game outcome, a bonus decision, or a withdrawal, please follow the process below:
All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event that gave rise to the complaint. 3sgame will not consider complaints submitted after this period unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3sgame holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 3sgame's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
